Courses & CME Credit
Q: How do I start a course?
Once logged in, navigate to “My Courses” and click “Start” on any course listed in your dashboard.
Q: How do I receive my CME certificate?
After completing the post-test and evaluation, your CME certificate will be automatically generated and stored in your CE Wallet.
Q: What if a course says it’s expired?
Expired courses remain accessible for educational purposes but no longer offer CME credit. Newer CME-accredited versions are frequently released — check the course catalog for updates.
Billing & Subscription
Q: How long does my subscription last?
All individual All-Access subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Q: Can I upgrade to a Group Subscription?
Yes! Contact us to convert your individual license into a group license or to request pricing for 5+ users.
Q: How do I access my receipt or transaction history?
Receipts are emailed at the time of purchase. If you need a new copy, submit a support request.
Technical Issues
Q: A video isn’t playing — what should I do?
Try refreshing your browser, switching to Chrome, or clearing your cache. Still stuck? Contact our support team.
Q: The post-test or evaluation isn’t loading.
